Traditionalism is no longer like conservatism because back then, being conservative was conserving the current tradition, but now traditionalists are reactionary because most of our elders have failed to conserve most traditional values, thus we align more on going back then staying in the present state which implies progress.

It really is that simple. From the Enlightenment onwards we see decline...traditionalists wish to fix this problem. Not by living in the past but by preserving traditions and bringing them forward to be embraced by the living.

I would say "Conservatism" tends focus more about conserving national values. In the United States' case, that central value is Liberty, exemplified from concepts such as individualism, popular sovereignty, consent of the governed, and the rule of law. Traditionalism tends to be more local, less abstract, and more focused on cultural aspects.

It's important to understand these terms can have different applications depending upon the country. A Conservative in America and a Conservative in Morocco would be trying to preserve different values. The commonality is they base their decisions off an established moral compass.

As you described tradionalism, you basically described the GOP from 40 years ago. So the rules you're following will eventual get you back to the GOP of today. You haven't examined how things went so wrong for the West and when things started to go wrong exactly.
The metaphysics you describe is not traditional and is only a thousand or 1500 years old. Ancestor veneration is traditional. Animism is traditional. Monotheism is not traditional. Monotheism is about universalism, centralized power, etc. Its not traditional.
What you're describing is just conservatives from 40 years ago. But 40 years ago the seeds were already planted deeply.

I would add that for Conservatives it is not so much a social acceptance of homosexuality, feminism, abortion, or multiculturalism.
Conservatism is a form of public Politics therefore, "We simply DO NOT CARE" about what other people do in their personal lives or what people do with their personal money or in their personal homes. We ONLY address those topics when people drag us into those discussions by trying to use tax payer money to fund those things.

I view Conservatism as one whole ideology made up of smaller ones (traditionalist, monchaist, nationalist, patriotism, libertarian right etc). I'm a traditionalist with some borderline nationalist characteristics views. While we should preserve our culture and traditions both socially and politically, I think stopping the decay is better than nothing.

Reminds me of the arguing of AI imaging vs Artistry by human input. Traditionalists you'd think would prefer that classical way like conservatism but sadly since their modern skills lack they need hand holding to be involved and taken seriously over those who worked to maintain their trade of habitual expression but does not mean to devalue the individuals creativity yet not allowing one to play around with AI and condemning them for their inability to fully be proficient is where this ignorance lies?
