What Did Jesus Really Look Like? (According to AI) - Dall-E 2 - Stable Diffusion

Have you ever wondered what the face of Jesus actually looked like?

What if you could go back in time and snap a photo of Jesus?

Many ideas about how Jesus looked have been brought forward by Church Leaders, the History Channel, Popular Mechanics, Secular Talk and others ...

But, now with AI tools like Dall-E 2 and Stable Diffusion, we can reconstruct the past (a little) and practically snap a photo -- or at least snap a photo of the various probabilities.

Here I've done my best to reconstruct what Jesus may have looked like 2000 years ago using:

(1) The Bible
(2) The culture in Jesus's day
(3) Earliest depictions of Jesus
(4) Galilean skulls
(5) Population genetics

Enjoy the mini documentary!

Wow, I wasn't ever expecting this channel to upload again. Also I've always felt Jesus wasn't white or black, just middle eastern.

Askreality: I owe you a HUGE thank you. Your series was integral to my faith journey. It helped absolve me of so much guilt, shame, and helplessness. If it weren't for your series, I honestly don't know if I would be alive today. I still remember watching your videos when I was 15 years old with all of my mormon friends. We were all lucky enough to decide what WE wanted to do in regards to the church before dedicating 2 years of our lives to serving it, thanks to you.

As for this video, I imagine Jesus looking the most like #1. It really bothers me how Jesus is portrayed so Caucasian in most of the world. It would be refreshing to see more accurate portrayals in mainstream media and in churches.

Excited to hear we may get more content from you in the future. I will be on the lookout!

Did you and your brother ever go about getting that big data project peer-reviewed? I'd love to check it out.

The first question I have is: ARE YOU COMING BACK???

My next question is if you are going to finish your series?

My last comment here is that middle easterners in their early 30s look old, lol.

Richard Neve is just another artistic depiction cause he picks the skull from Judea and not Galilee and I felt he tried to pick the most robust skull he could find so his depiction would raise a more eye braces.

There were writing about Yeshua outside the Bible from Plovus Lentulus and Pontius Pilate as to Yeahua's appearance. The reconstruction used someone else's skull so throw that out. AI would only give an image by what data was given to AI.
Do this again using Lentulus and Pilates writings and see what results it gives. TRY IT

A miraculous incident, and it is my obligation to say it and others have the right to know, I am from Qatar, and I saw the image of the Jesus Christ on the ceiling of my room, where He manifested April 2016 His face is a little long, white and beautiful, light beard, head hair lies on top shoulders. The eyes are sharp, and beautiful features resemble the people of the Middle East, The picture was very super clear, which astonished and surprised me. At first I was asleep and suddenly woke up to bear witness to the situation, I thought there is some likeness in the very slight of my friend, but a quick inspiration came to me. He is Jesus, all of this took a few seconds was enough, I don't know how the disappearance happened after the vision it happened once. Translate Arabic to English using Google,

The reality should be based on the scriptures. They are the ones which testify of God, His witnesses, we should listen to what they say.

The ancestors of Jesus, lineage wise, King David for example, was known for his red hair, and fair skin.

1 Sa 16:12  And he [Samuel] sent, and brought him [David] in. Now he [David] was RUDDY, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.

1Sa 17:42  And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and RUDDY, and of a FAIR countenance.

The word Rudy is hebrew: "ad-mo-nee', ad-mo-nee' -- From H119; reddish (of the hair or the complexion): - red, ruddy. "

It occurs only a few other times in the bible.

In fact, the word man, ADAM, and earth, in Genesis, are same word.

Here is the word for Adam in genesis:

Hebrew: aw-dawm' From H119; "RUDDY, that is, a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.): - X another, + hypocrite, + common sort, X low, man (mean, of low degree), person."

In my opinion, this suggests, Adam, may have been fair complexioned as well as he was made from reddish soil, we call it clay today. He probably had a fair complexion, capable of blushing, or turning red, unlike darker complexions which don't do that so well. As you know, Jesus traces his lineage back to Adam.

One of those other times for this word is also in the love song of King Solomon, which is often described as being a love song of Jesus and His church, Jesus being described as "white" and "rudy."

Son 5:10  "My beloved [the bridegroom] is WHITE and RUDDY, the chiefest among ten thousand."

In this case, the word 'white' is, "tsakh -- From H6705; dazzling, that is, sunny, bright, (figuratively) evident: - clear, dry, plainly, white."
The "ruddy" is, "aw-dome' -- From H119; rosy: - red, ruddy."

So don't be so dismissive of the possibility that Jesus was fair skinned. That being said, it was dark in the garden, and the guards may not have been familiar with His appearance or wanted confirmation first, even if He might have stood out slightly from his apostles. Jesus was terribly intimidating, when He stepped forward, all the guards fell back basically. They might have even known who he was but were kind of afraid to really reach forth to grab him.

That also being said...Isaiah states their was no beauty about him when we laid our eyes upon Him, so maybe he wasn't attractive like King David, but again, that doesn't mean He couldn't also have been fair skinned.

That also, ALSO being said... I don't think it really matters what Jesus looked like lol. Just be mindful, your AI, vs the scriptures which are about Jesus...

But there might be a reason why traditionally Jesus was always depicted as fair skinned throughout church history (heck he hey may have even had fair colored hair... close to ruddy.. though I highly DOUBT blond hair.. lol) and thats because maybe... just maybe.. its rooted in the truth.
