Once hard drive opened, it can not be repaired because there is the vacuum inside.
And after opened hdd, dust particles will go inside. And Hdd will completely crashed.

You got smudges on the platter that hard drive is useless and if any dust even microscopic dust gets on it its broken

Your missing the head ramp there bud. Also scratches, smudges exposed to elements. Good luck with recovery. Outer edge of the platter is where critical modules live. Those heads are coming on and off the platter like that. Yikes.

A drive open to the elements like that is a tosser. It is contaminated and not fit for purpose.

this is not possible as the distance between the platters and the head is 15nm and opening it makes the vacuum release and cause a head crash

You can grind hdd surfce with a grinder for smooth working

Replacement head or pcb board. If don't work just swap plates into another hdd for data recovery.
