hi sir in the dvlottery they say the photo must be "In JPEG (.jpg) file format" and in the official site of the United States of America "The image must be in JPEG file format" so i am confused do i need to upload the photo in ".jpg" or in ".jpeg" ? please I'm out of time i need an answer to finish my registration? thank you again

Quick question. My desktop had the black screen issue and I just checked to make sure the ram was correctly put in. I removed it and placed it back in carefully but now I don't see if the laptop is asking me about system recovery or whatever due to the black screen.

I get the error message that the file format is not supported even if it is a normal JPG file. I even tried reset the app but it is still not working.

Doesn't fix the problem - this IS the problem! The .jpg file DOES NOT open with Photos! This is what I'm trying to fix!
