I think one of things you both continue to inadvertently touch on is that the entire family must be completely committed and on the same page. Stories like that break my heart. As someone who owns a german shepherd, I have gone above and beyond to socialize and make sure we have our training time and exercise every single day. My dog is my family and always will be, no matter what!

It drives me crazy that people view any dog as a throw away pet. I've had several Rottweilers and unfortunately most have succumbed to cancer so this steered me towards Cane Corso. I know full well they are not the same but have some similar traits. Any dog I own becomes part of my pack/ family and they need strong consistent leadership. You guys do an amazing job educating everyone on this breed. Keep up the good work.

I have a rescue cane corso she is 2 and have only had her for a couple months. She is an absolute sweetheart. She had been obedience trained to a point and we are working on more training especially walks and keeping her socialized. My baby was under a 100 lbs had severe bacterial skin infection and now she is up to a healthier weight and finally off the antibiotics. Your videos have definitely helped me make her a happy member of the family thank you

EVERYTHING you both are saying. It is so much training my corso. I didn't realize it was going to take so much to train my Blue, but God I love this dog. He has changed my life for the best. Yeah man, I have a dogo, it's my third one. Just as a Cane Corso, this is not a dog for everybody. It takes so much work to educate them, to be a leader, they are high energy and stubborn dogs... and sometimes they are dominant and you have to be firm and consistent... It takes a LOT of effort. But that person you mentioned made a mistake, but he or she is trying to do the best for the dog...

You two have truly opened my eyes to dog ownership. I recently (10 mos. ago) purchased a Bully breed the reason I got him (Angus) is for emotional support and he was soooo cute. I soon realized how difficult this breed is. I have trained Dobermans before so I wasn't without knowledge on training but this breed is so different. His chewing, pulling, and his adolescent days are off the hook. He is definitely a handful but I have dedicated my time and energy to Angus to make him the best he can be

This absolutely breaks my heart. To be honest, I couldn't listen myself, too many tears, but I have raised bully breeds all my life. We have taken in a few "aggressive" dogs that have done great once properly trained (most of them weren't actually aggressive, just never socialized). I call shelters once a month to see if any Cane Corsos have been brought in. I know when a dog becomes popular everyone wants one, but very few can handle them. Cane Corsos are my absolute heart and if anyone messages you wanting to get rid of theirs, send them my way!

What people miss is the time, effort, money and work thst goes into breeding dogs, showing dogs, health testing dogs, temperament testing dogs and making sure out dogs are mentally and physically stable to move foward with breeding.
