Just wanted a souped up version of one of my most wanted Boba Fett variations....the all black suit disguise from Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters! Hasbro's Black Series version is fine and dandy but I felt there could be a better representation. Customizing!

I did this too. I made the axe out of a shush kabob skewer and a plastic sheet. The end I used a bead. It turned out pretty good.

maybe on the Bandai kit if the trim that was usually red around the visor was matt to contrast it would bring it all together better? either way, I can definitely agree with making that one your "show room model"
