This is an insecure workaround, avoid it unless you don't care about the content you are transfering. This error usually comes from a poorly implementation of the FTP server.

This is not really a solution because of the loss of safety. In my case I just forgot to turn off my VPN. When I realized and disconnected my VPN everything worked as a charme.
