You see that icecube on fire on the album cover? My stepdad designed that. The artwork was in my house for months before that album was realeased. That was years before I got into the Styx and into this song. hell, I was like 13 years old and I wasnt ready for this band at the time. but I eventually got into it. BTW, my stepdad, who designed this album, way back then, he died last year. He married my mom when i was 4 years old. Im 62 now and he recently died. Crushing. Btw, he designed all of Cat Stevens albums too

I have been wanting to say this for a long time....but i really like when Amber is speaking and seeing Jay looking at Amber when she is speaking many times I can see that he just adores Amber and many times it's like he's sending love messages to her while she's speaking ...it is the coolest thing....i love it. If you are reading this comment guy..please don't get mad at me...I just love seeing love between people....lol

This song epitomizes prog rock. The drummer was John Panozzo, twin brother of bassist Chuck Panozzo. He sadly died in 1996 from liver disease caused by alcoholism. Styx did a beautiful song in his honor called Dear John, written by Tommy Shaw.

I adore you Jay and Amber. Thanks for playing this Styx classic. My two favorite Styx songs are ones you must listen to: Fooling Yourself and ShowMe The Way; together they show off the versatility of Styx!

I haven't heard this song for ages. I remember hearing it and Lady on WLS when I was a kid back in Chicago.

One of my many, many favourite songs by Styx. Favourite though is still Man In The Wilderness. Give that one a spin!

Finally, on their best album I see. "Light Up" is really good as well.

1975! Original member John Curluski quit after this was recorded. They found the legendary Mr. Tommy Shaw who learned the songs and went on tour. His 1st album with the band was Crystal Ball 1976, the rest is history.

My wife and I just saw Styx last week in San Diego. They were awesome and this particular song was great live!

This album was my introduction to Styx. Saw them 3 times in concert. Years later saw Dennis DeYoung singing many of Styx’s songs. One of the best groups of all time.
