Thanks! Gotta try the avocado, egg yolk, olive oil, and spices recipe. I might add a little turmeric to it too.
I recently fermented purple cabbage. I loved eating this, knowing it was healthy.

This goes against a GERD/Hiatal hernia diet. I'm on the verge of Barret's esophagus from chronic gerd. I have to be on an acid watchers diet where I constantly have to eat small meals. I don't like it. For years, I never wanted to eat until around 11 am or 11:30 am. Now I have to eat 5 to 7 small meals a day including breatfast or I am going to become a bag of bones. I've lost so much unintentional weight.

Sour, tangy for breakfast is best. Kimchi, Sauerkraut, kefir or anything fermented. Makes sense.

I will consider coconut yogurt from now on due to the benefits of MCT Oil. Handful of walnuts, pecans, pistachios sounds great!

My body says eat goat yogurt and sauerkraut between 10:30 and 11:00 am and dinner at 3:00 pm.

I would love to hear you include info about arthritis in your podcast. Not necessarily rheumatoid arthritis, but the more common type like osteo. What are triggers for arthritis?

Hi Dr Gundry, I’ve been watching your videos for days and they are amazing ! I take my health seriously and I’m learning so much so thank you 🙏. I bought some Alulosa for my morning coffee and was thrilled to discover it worked so very well as a sugar substitute. The only problem was shortly after I drank my coffee I had diarrhea . I put about 2 teaspoons in my coffee. I’m bummed as I was thrilled to find a sugar replacement without an aftertaste ! Can you recommend something I can do to remedy this issue ? Thank you 😊

I eat millet or sorghum to start out around 4:00 AM then I eat Bob's Red Mills instant potatoes with 2 eggs and nutritional yeast and Utah salt and a gratefruit.

The best breakfast would be: 500ml of kefir, after some time eat an apple and other stuff like sourdough bread with raw egg yolks, chicory root drink
