Regardless of how consistent and precise your machine is, variables like your GRIND, beans, and tamping will always affect your espresso. But, it does look promising. My biggest advice to new espresso machine owners is to learn, develop, and improve the skill of DIALING a shot, cuz I learned it the hard way after wasting a lot of good beans ahaha.

I've started following the project and have high hopes. I've seen things about improvements you are making and demos you have done as well. It would be great to see a compilation of clips or even a long form recording of a demo session on the channel as well. I don't expect it but having both the good and bad and how you are working to improve would be fantastic.

I'm using a flair, cafelet robot machine. I think the biggest attraction of manual machines is that they allow quick and easy cleaning every day. In that sense, la pavoni was the worst. This product looks easy to clean the screen and cylinder, but I hope the piston area is also easy to clean. If it's made that way, it would be the perfect home espresso machine. I've always dreamed of someone making this kind of product. ❤❤❤

backed it as soon as it went live. wasn't sure on the milk steamer so skipped that but hopefully some demo vid gets posted explaining it and maybe an option at the end of the campaign to add it would be nice. Congrats to Carlos and team. in less then a day over a million dollars raised!

The reference at 3:20 cracked me up. Personally I won’t be getting this just because the steaming wand solution doesn’t appeal to me right now, but I really hope this goes well! I’ve had a similar thought for ages why there isn’t a motorized piston solution in espresso

Super auto's can be bought for under $500 the Spinn is under 1k and roast and brew will be under $200 so this is a "pig in a poke".
