Espresso shot with the Meticulous, the world's first robotic lever espresso machine

Last month, we had the opportunity to participate in the World Of Coffee 2023 event held in Athens, where we witnessed the live demonstration of Meticulous, the first robotic lever espresso machine. This impressive machine utilizes a powerful digital motor and high-precision sensors to automatically produce espresso consistently and uniformly.
During the demonstration, we observed the process of making espresso with the machine and the accompanying work environment. Although the video revealed inappropriate grinding and numerous channeling issues, you can easily see how the software accompanying the machine precisely and accurately analyzes the extraction process, allowing you to control and correct every possible parameter on the path to achieving the perfect espresso shot. Looks like you needed a finer grind. I wouldn't use one of those twist WDT tools, they aren't very accurate. Just stir with needles. A palm tamper will also give you less loose grinds on top of the puck after tamping, important to control muddied flavors.

Name should be Ridiculous as that's quite a few unnecessary steps. May suit someone that wants just a few extractions daily, but in that case why even bother with espresso to begin with, lmao....
