With a mix of optimism, determination, And a lot of DIY, We're breathing new life into this forgotten treasure, tackling everything from radiators falling through the floors to hidden secrets in the walls. We're learning (and laughing) as we go, sharing the highs, lows and unexpected challenges of saving a piece of history from the ground up.

I feel like I'm watching the initial days of the convent all over again! At least there aren't trees growing inside the chateau like Dan's place. Clearing the overgrowth seems to be the best start for a chateau's new life. It's fun to see the transformation.

Stan is an Absolute Legend 😊....1947 was the year my Dear Dad was born....when you posted this video it would have been his 77th birthday (16th Nov)....but sadly i lost him when he was just 43 😢....his Middle name was Stanley ❤ xx
