I was alerted by YouTube by an alert that a new video from beautiful teacher Hannak was being issued. But it just so happened my daughter arrived to visit me (with my beloved granddaughter) when I was about to see the lesson, so until now I can watch, learn and enjoy her lesson. Just to tell you, I am working as CS taking calls from all over the US and it is increidible. So many people especially from some areas and ethnic groups that are just mumbleling. I wish everybody speak like you or Ms. Kristen.
