Anker Soundcore Life A1 battery charging case problems

I'm trying to troubleshoot the problems I am having with my Anker Soundcore Life A1 wireless earbuds. My right earbud does not want to stop "charging" when it's put back in the charging case. The earbud works correctly (it disconnects from blue tooth when put in the case and reconnects to my bluetooth phone when taken out of the case). It’s draining my charging case’s battery because it seems like the right earbud is always on.

When opening the charging case, the right earbud's light stays on while the left earbud's light is off. The right earbud acts like its charging even though its fully charged. The left earbud acts correctly. After the left earbud is fully charged, the left earbud does not turn on the battery case lights and the light stays off when flipping the charging case open.

I've cleaned the metal contact pieces with ~90% isopropyl alcohol to try to solve the problem but the problem still persists.

I will update to see if I have to warranty these pair of headphones. I've had these pair of headphones for about a month only.

I have the same issue... the earbuds dont charge and the left earbud doesnt flash when i open the case 😣

Only had mine a week. The left earbud won't charge and the right won't stay paired. Total waste of money

I managed to solve my charging issue by simply removing the earbud tips. I'd decided to use a set that I already owned that were comfortable so thought why not? Turns out that for some strange reason the left one just wouldn't sit in the case properly. As soon as I removed the tips, boom solved.

Reset them by pressing and holding both earbud buttons for 8 second until both earbuds flash a red light 3 times, then pair them again try and see if that works
