Is your battery case dead? You may have to clean the charging ports. Or you may just got a defective pair. Mines work perfectly.

The case looks ded becuz if the headphones are in it the case lds light up normally there are 3 batt indicators
O blink or on case ded charge
1 is blinking charge the case
2 lights are on 50~70%
3 lights are on 100%
Or u try charging it and nothing happens the case is definetly broken
