Earlier I could see a different connection for each of the buds and I would have to connect both to use which was very inconvenient as I had to connect each of them again
But now it's back to normal

How do I make it so that when I put the earbuds back into the case it will automatically disconnect. It used to disconnect when I put it in the case but then out of nowhere it stopped, I already tried resetting it.

Diesn't work. Left earbud have no sound.

doesn't work for me. only the right earbud works. they flash three times. both light up but no sound from the left. I can use it to stop and start the music/sound but I can't hear anything from it. when it was working the volume was always lower in the left.🤷‍♂

I found that didn’t work for mine and sound still sound scratchy and distorted is there an update for this one haven’t quit had them for 18 months so I went back to buying these ones again Upgraded, Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo cause the sound was amazing.

The light won't turn red and the earbuds stay connected even when in the closed case

I charged them and after when I tried to use them sound was really low and now I am not able to use them I even reset but it didn't work

i have a problem that just happened out of nowhere, my two earbuds are now counted as two seperate bluetooth devices, I dont know why, they both cant play sound at the same time and the earbuds show up on my phones bluetooth twice, please help

This didn't fix my issue, they would be connected to my bluetooth but wouldn't play any audio, maybe its a phone issue but its so frustrating to have to constantly disconnect and reconnect them.
