I’m McKel Kooeinga, Registered Dietitian and Creator of The Method Membership and Founder of Nutrition Stripped.
I’m here to guide you in learning how to eat well on a daily basis in an easy, mindful, and enjoyable way!
My philosophy is based on nourishing your body fully by eating an abundance of plant-based, whole foods that keep you satiated, support digestion, keeps your focus sharp, and energy stabilized.
I love teaching about the science of nutrition and the art of healthy living which includes practicing mindful eating that can help you connect and tune into your unique body to create a positive experience with food.
And most importantly, I believe in giving you the skills and tools you need in order to put those two things into practice in your daily life to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable.
