Careful about getting rid of books.. umm.. I am going to have to start doing that! I really want to go to the brattle!! How big of a suitcase will I need? 🤣🤣
Doubtful that I will be traveling there anytime soon!

To make it super easy on yourself to take note of which books of a set you need, do what the kids do- take a picture of it. I’m getting in the habit of using my cellphone this way, and it works really well. Just snap a photo of the set on your bookshelf whenever you think of it and you’re set for whenever/wherever you might need it. I think that will help get around any curses 😉

I am missing 2 of the Aubrey Maturin series too. "The Nutmeg of Consolation" and "The Truelove". I found all the others at a local charity shop in the Norton -it is like a trade paperback size. But those 2 have not shown up...

Next time you’re looking at your shelves and notice an incomplete set, do what the kids do and take a photo with your phone. I’ve started using my phone like this, too, and it works great.
