Production tips - 515 Bedford black or titan red for exterior @2000-2200 psi, up to a 619 tip for interior walls.

HEA 619 @800-1100 psi for ceilings.

Very helpful video here. But we should also, if when in doubt, check the tds for proper tip size. Not all paints are made the same. Keep the videos coming. Always awesome information Chris!

It kind of depends on the type of paint you're using too, no? The Sherwin Williams Emerald Trim paint says to use a 0.013 - 0.017 tip. So a 310 tip wouldn't work.

Great info. What about thinning you paint for spraying. (I have a a Graco Magnum Sprayer). I just purchased SW Duration paint for my Hardie Panels and some vinyl siding and man is it thick. I'm worried it won't spray well. Would you thin it?

Any reason you’re not recommending a graco low pressure fine finish on trim? 1200 psi graco fflp comparing to 2200psi titan fine finish.

I know this video was 8 months ago. I have a 2100 ft² home that fell in my lap. I'm doing most of it myself as far as the wreckout and remodel. I feel confident going wih YouTube university based off the quotes I get for these jobs. Ridiculous! I realize not everybody is a blue collar work with their hands type person but if you are able to do it yourself.🤷‍♂️ My question is if I had only one tip to choose for interior walls and ceilings would it be the HEA 619 @ 1000 PSI. Would that get er done for a first timer? Thank you!

How important is it to follow the tip size recommendation on the paint gallon. For example, duration exterior says you need a .017, but could you cheat it and use a .015 for less overspray outside?

So Wagner/titan use the same material to produce those HEA pro tips with different internal design to spray at lower pressure and they don't last longer? And again, at lower pressure you get more overspray when doing exterior?Am I missing something here? 🤔🥴😂🤣🤣🤣

I watched one of your older video series about new construction spraying..you used a 1221 tip for PVA primer..wondering if that would still be the case today or do you have an updated recommendation?

Do you think a 619 tip is too big for a 440 titan or would you use a smaller tip for interior walls?

What tip would you use for a clear coat on a stained door??

Do all paints have to be watered down to some degree to be used with a sprayer? Whether a cheaper Wagner from the big box store, or a "fancy" one like you have? Great video!

Quick question could I stick any of these tips in the end of my Wagner at pro handle ?
