Why Is BAKED OATMEAL for One the Game Changer You Need?

It only takes minutes to make this healthy, delicious baked oatmeal breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp melted butter
1-2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
1 egg
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup blueberries
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a 2 cup baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Add milk, cream or plain Greek yogurt if desired.
