1. Andrej Ancimer: If you're here after you've installed WSL2 and then starting VirtualBox, note that the WSL2 isn't compatible with it. The WSL2 is using Hyper-V, which uses VT-x and it isn't shared with VirtualBox. The solution is to downgrade back to WSL1.
