Emergency Preparedness in the Aftermath of Hurricane Matthew

Nora Yotsov of Clackamas County's Disaster Management presented on Cuba's unique history, culture, disaster preparedness, response and recovery during a Lunch and Learn sponsored by Clackamas County's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Council.

Nora Yotsov attended at the X International Congress on Disasters in Havana, Cuba in July of 2018 to learn about recovery following Hurricane Matthew and long-term recovery following Hurricane Ike.
