Chocolate is one of the most beloved sweets out there. We use it in EVERYTHING from sweet to savory dishes, in many different cultures, and for many occasions. Yet, chocolate is hiding a dark secret... and I don't mean just dark chocolate. Depending on what chocolate you are purchasing, what you end up eating may NOT really be chocolate. That's right! Just like your cake mix, your chocolate is LYING to you! What is is? What makes REAL chocolate actually chocolate? I hope you have a sweet tooth, Theorists.

2:00 as a dutch person chocolate letters / chocoladeletters are a gift to children at a special holiday called Sinterklaas. Its basicly the same as X mas but a lil different. Kids place thier shoo and get a gift from it. Then we also eat something called kruid noten and indeed also chocolate letters

In the Netherlands we call "chocolate bars" that's under the guidelines of naming it chocolate "cocoa fantasy". Koetjesreep (or cowbar) is a perfect example. This was a candybar that tasted like chocolate but there isn't enough in it to call it legally "chocolate".

I dont wanna sound offended, I just wanna share what I've learned in some baking channels I've watched..Fake chocolate or---mocklate (Im sorry that made me laugh a little) isn't exactly a bad thing--I found out that some bakers use fake chocolate to decorate cakes, its said that it melts slower so its good for making very thin decorations.
