Interesting that she mentioned the conservatorship should end because it caused a rift in the family and not because it was very abusive, offensive and a horrific violation of Britney's privacy and integrity. Not to mention the insane spending of her money while she was on an allowance half the amount that her father paid himself every month.

Jamie Lynn got literally everything given to her that Britney ever wanted, privacy, protection, a normal life, to make her own choices, plus she got to live a wealthy life with very minimal negative aspects that Britney experienced. Jamie Lynn even got hidden away when she fell pregnant in a cabin with her mum, protected from the whole world when her teenage pregnancy was announced. Britney wasn’t once protected or “insulated” as Jamie Lynn admits she was. She has such little self awareness. I completely understand Britney’s frustration with her.

So basically, Britney had a mental breakdown which I'm sure we all have had at some point too, they locked her up for a while, put her in the conservatorship without her knowledge, drugged her up to make it seem like she is still crazy thru out this entire time, and because they're all benefiting off of her, everyone just went along with it...

Jamie Lynn comes across as narcissistic, self absorbed, manipulative and “I’m such a wonderful sister, I only had Britney’s best interest in mind”. There is no way that she isn’t just ANOTHER member of Britney’s family who has used and manipulated her for their own financial gain. If she was any kind of decent, loving sister, with Britney’s best interest at heart, there is absolutely NO WAY she would ever have put pen to paper. When it comes to money, this family has absolutely NO integrity or compassion. None of them care about Britney in the slightest. No wonder her mental health has suffered over the years when her whole family have treated her as a performing money making robot.

one of my main takeaways from the jamie lynn interview/podcast is how she makes it out like if britney reeeeally wanted to, if it was reeeally so bad, then she could've walked away from it easily. it belittles britney's entire experience and denies reality completely. casual observers to the situation could see it wasn't just as simple as "walking thru the door"

the simple fact that she is literally INCAPABLE of answering a question straightforward is enough to tell me she's lying about everything. she can't say "yes or no, " she has to add in "yes BUUUUT..." or "no HOWEVER, " like just...stop, girl! not a single person is buying this.

It’s so sad that Jamie Lynn was ABLE to take her children away from the media and raise them out of the public eyes (her words) when that’s literally all Britney wanted to do. Her breakdown was the direct result of being pushed beyond her limits.
