Jamie Lynn Spears interview triggers forceful response from Britney Spears | Nightline

After Jamie Lynn Spears spoke out on “Nightline”, Britney Spears shot fiery responses on social media. Since then, Britney Spears’ legal team has sent her younger sister a “cease and desist” order.

She wrote a book to profit off her sister. She wouldn’t even have the opportunity to pay a ghost writer to write a book and do prime time promos if she wasn’t Britney’s sister. Why should we even care what her life was like? She’s 30 years old, did 1 tv show, what kind of experience in life could be so interesting besides being Britney’s sister? What makes her believe her life story is so important for the world to know? Give me a break.
Using Britney to sell a book and make a buck, and tv shows using Britney to get ratings is so shameful.
Sure Jamie you want your voice heard, but what makes you think anyone cares? What makes you so important besides being a wealthy woman who grew up with privilege and had opportunities handed to her on a silver platter? People have real problems in this world, not your selfish petty grievances.
Stop talking about your sister, a supportive and decent sister would never hurt their sibling like this to sell a book, and if you did this to try and vindicate yourself from the media backlash, you should of talked to your sister and worked it out with her in private, (if you really cared) not write a book for profit at her expense. This is what a person with integrity would do.

She says that she wrote the book to tell her story, that it wasn't about making money, but that is complete bs. She could have told her story in a lengthy YouTube video if that was the case.
She mentions Britney over 200 times! "This is how I felt when she and Justin broke up...this is how I felt when she married in Las Vegas...this is how I felt when she shaved her head." It's all about Britney and it's all about money.
