Britney Spears Reacts To Jamie Lynn's Interview on 'GMA'

Graeme O'Neil takes a look at Britney Spears' reaction to her sister Jamie Lynn Spears' interview on "Good Morning America", where Jamie Lynn discussed Britney's conservatorship and performing a medley of Britney's hits at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards.

Jamie Lynn Spears says the book isn't about Britney but in 50, 000 words, she mentions Britney almost 600 times. She tells Britney's stories and even goes as far as to say Britney's break up with Justin Timberlake was hard on HER. Her examples of Britney's "emotional episodes" offer no context and just claims without offering up the cause of Britney being upset. Jamie Lynn also says that her mother beat her with a purse. That's not a problem but Britney yelling at their mom is. Their mom allowed a 15 year old Britney to drive. When Britney drifted into another lane, her mom jerked the wheel and as a result, they ended up in a ditch. But Jamie Lynn doesn't hold the adult responsible. Instead, she blames Britney and says this is the first time her mother "hides Britney's behavior from their father." Again, it's Lynn's actions that put them in the situation and in the ditch, not Britney's. The intent of this book is to convince everyone that Britney is mentally unstable. Why? Because if Britney isn't mentally unstable, then Jamie Lynn is a monster for allowing her sister to remain in a conservatorship that forced Britney to work to enrich everyone else, without saying a word. If you aren't aware, during the conservatorship Jamie Lynn repeatedly implied that Britney was bipolar and mentally unstable. She perpetuated the public narrative that Britney needed a conservatorship and was happy to be in one. Jamie Lynn also signed legal documentation to take what little Britney has left and move them into blocked accounts with Stonebridge, a company founded by Lou Taylor. Jamie Lynn claimed Britney's condo in Florida as the "family property" and took frequent vacations there while Britney was forced to work and her travel was highly limited. And lastly, Britney made more than $600 million dollars while in the conservatorship and her estate is worth less than 10% of that. Who was her business manager during that time? Lou Taylor, the woman Jamie Lynn references in the book. Lou Taylor refuses to tell Britney how much money she took from her estate while acting as her business management. So who do you think is behind a book that disparages Britney to Jamie Lynn's benefit?

Britney needs to buy that book and read it out loud on social media. This would definitely stunt the sales of this book and while she reads it she can fact check and make fun of it as she goes along. Who would buy this book if they can see and hear Britney read and mock it on social media.

Im sitting here wondering how much hate, indifference, or narcissism I'd have to have to turn a blind eye to my sister's suffering while making money off her fame. Then, after she finally speaks up that she blames me too, decide to write a book to sueeze some more money off her suffering.
