A Text To Get Ex Back After A Breakup

I'm going to tell you what to text your ex in order to get them back.

Some people text ineffective, random things to their ex in hopes that simply communicating with them will open up the lines of communication and that somehow, that will prod your ex into wanting to get back together with you.

It just doesn't work that way. Here's the deal:

We often think that "opening the lines of communication," is a good thing to do with your ex, but no one can tell me why. It's just something we say that sounds good. Direct communication is not always good.

That's especially true with text messages that can be read in different tones and with different voice inflections than were intended by the writer.

I broke no contact of two weeks to send the clean slate message. I wasn't being insincere, I didn't add any emotional weight to it other than "I'll miss you".
