better late than never, but on the other hand: Damage is already done.
And in today's day and age, taking 3 weeks to respond to customers' (prefectly valid) inquiry is bottom tier performance.

I've always had a good experience with Timex, including their customer service, so it was nice to see a follow up video with them responding to your inquiry. Even if it was a bit belated.

Lol, I ordered two watches on a payment plan. Saw two charges. Called timex to ask if I was double charged minutes after the order confirmation. They said I was and when I recrieved the watches I could return them for a full refund of the double charge. 🤔🤨🤪

I'm glad that was the case. The mechanical watches were awful. One ran too fast and the other too slow. Zero quality control and lacking customer service.

Thanks for the update. Since that is a release, it looks like the original had an issue prior to your purchase and the case and bezel were damaged in the repair process. Good that CS responded like it did, bad it took so long to get a resolution to an issue that should never have existed. Good QC pays.

At least Ben got a response. I have emailed their customer service looking to have service done on some Timex automatic watches. Service that I knew I was going to have to pay for. Apparently making additional money was not something that interested them. Never heard back. So rather than treating these as long-term watches I now know them to be disposable. Thanks Timex.

Its a nice looking watch, especially No. 2. Timex's customer service should be a lot better for the price though!

I was interested in the Timex Expedition North automatic as an alternative to Hamilton Khaki Mechanical, but after so many negative QC fails by Timex, I am souring on trying to give Timex a chance.

Looks like it had been sent back previously for repair under warranty then kept in stock until you ordered one then it was shipped out to you..

Hey Ben! I got a video recommendation for you. If you can get your hands on one, I would like to see a review on the Casio w215h. I barely found this watch today and for some reason, I can’t see any big watch channels reviewing it. It definitely looks like some late 80s/early 90s Casios.

$400 GBP for a Timex? Time to examine the cost of that watch, steep for the value proposition, unless UK prices reflect it. Here in Canada, full retail for autos go for $300, which is approx. $200 GBP, might consider a trip across the Atlantic for a haul.

No. They never responded to me either and it was an absolute pain in the ass. I ultimately had to have the dealer eat the cost and take it back on their own. I'll never buy an expensive Timex.

Frankly they both look like #2 😂
Ok jokes aside, it is t quite that bad, but I’d argue not worth the $$$, stick with Casio.
