One of my favorites is an inexpensive Timex Easy Reader. My grandfather wore them for as long as I can remember.
When he passed, the watch he was wearing stopped keeping time shortly there after. My grandmother gave me that watch a while after that. It will always be a favorite of mine because it makes me think of my grandpa.

My grandfather was a watch collector and he got me into watches and all my watches in my collection are from him expect a Swatch and he is rly happy when he sees me wear his collection and my favourite is an Omega I don't remember the name but it's vintage one antique from 1897 which is my most priced watch

Love how your favourite watches are purely based on sentimental values. I recently got a Rolex datejust from my dad, he told me that was the first expensive watch he ever bought. He got it when he was around my age, 24 and now he’s passed it down to me. The Rolex itself is already an antique as it’s already 31 years old but it’s an absolute warrior withstanding the tests of time. Brought it to a Rolex authorised service center and they said the movement was still really good which shocked me seeing as the watch has never really been serviced throughout its time with my dad. I intend to continue on with this precious family heirloom and pass it to my son/daughter when they get to my age. If I were to get married and have kids…
