You taught me damn near everything I know about BBQ and on multiple occasions I've had family over and tell me it's some of the best BBQ and food they've had! One of my proudest moments was when my father in law told me the steak I'd made for him was literally one of the best he's had in his life, home cooked or from a fancy steakhouse!!!
