Review/experience of Alan Gordon’s book “The Way Out”

I experienced a lot of anxiety when I first began somatic tracking but it is gone now and I am healthier in body and mind. I am so excited to say that I have recovered 99.99% from chronic pain and anxiety.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) as shown in this book is an modern update (my opinion, only) to Dr. John Sarnos "The Mind-Body Connection" and Tension Myosistis Syndrome (TMS) written before the advent of such technology. The authors Alan Gordon & Alon Ziv use modern medical science (specifically fMRI imaging) in conjuncture with counseling to prove the old adage: "Pain is in the Brain". Specifically the Prefrontal Cortex & Anterior Insula. PRT patients' before & after fMRI images show significant changes to these areas that affect their health outcomes positively. Anyone & everyone could benefit from reading & understanding the processes outlined in this book.

I have also include videos and meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza . I have a condition called CRPS and I am fairly new to this modality but I have had some limited success. I wish you well along your journey and thank you for sharing your story . ✌🏼
