My parents lived in the US for 40 years and both have part A and B. They retained their UK citizenship throughout. They now live in the UK. I note from your video that if they cancel their Part A Social Security, their payment might stop. Is that right? They can't use Medicare here in the UK

First of all, thank you for the thorough video. I no longer live in the U.S. and need to mail my form in. It's indicated on the form to mail it to "your local social security office." Does it matter which office it gets sent to if there are multiple offices near my mailing address? Also, does the original Medicare card need to be mailed together with the form? Thank you in advance!

I notice there is space for two witnesses but only one place for a signature. Where does the other witness sign?

I have moved abroad and am covered by the foreign country's national healthcare system. I assume I will be able to resume Medicare B if I return to the U.S. and I will be exempt from penalties. Is that right?

It says 2 witnesses need to sign if we sign with X, but what if we sign with our signature. Do we still need 2 signatures??

Thank you for the video. I never received my notice as I was traveling out of country. I just noticed money was coming out of my Social Security payments. I have the for CMS-1763 but don't have my medicare number because I did not receive the packet. If I leave this blank, but explain this in the "reason" portion below, and include my social security number there or on the fax cover page, do you think it will be fine and they will honor my request? I will be requesting they return the funds they deducted as I did not receive notification. Your seasoned opinion/input would be much appreciated! Have a great day.

Thanks however this is tediously long. People want videos that are short and to the specific point. split into more videos. 26 minutes is too long.

With all due respect, this was unnecessarily verbose.
