Because there are way too many people who think that Inverted Fate is just another version of Underswap, and dont realise that Inverted Fate its its own Story, where after Asriel absorbed the Human soules, the soules rebelled and made changes in the Past that resulted into diffrent Fates, for example Asgore left his Trone after killing the first Human, not being abel to bear with his Guilt, which resulted into Toriel becoming the Queen, and insted of investing into War she decided to invest into Education, which resulted that Undyne became interested into Scince.Sans was a Royal Scientist but after an, , Spoiler related event" quit his job, and tried to find meaning in the Royal Guard, life while becoming a teacher for Undyne, who then became a Teacher in Science for Papyrus, which resulted that both became Scientist.

Also Frisk's become a real character, Chara is and never was Evil, and Papyrus is in this Au a party member, who helps you in anyway possible, i mean he becomes a Lawyer for Frisk (Still not as good as a Lawyer then Saul but hey at least he is better then She-Hulk)

Inverted Fate is unlike any Undertale AU I’ve seen before. Even though AUs like Glitchtale or Underverse are very well thought out and have a nice thing going, Inverted Fate really captures the feeling that Undertale gives off in a way I’ve never seen with any other AU before. It truly is crimally underrated and deserves WAY more attention!

This is why Inverted Fate is my favorite Undertale AU. It’s not just focused on Sans, it has a fully fleshed out story, banger music like Undertale, and there’s just so much to it

Also I find it really funny that IF Sans shows up in the top slideshow of Sanses but that’s beside the point

Tbh no offense to the creator of dreamtale but I feel like it would've made more sense for dream to look like papyrus instead of sans like seriously there are so many au's where that sans has a brother and it's just another sans

First time I saw there was playable battles, I did NOT expect it to be that good! The story is so cool and well done, I *LOVE* this AU!

I love inverted fate because its actually FEELS like a different outcome. Dorked clearly understands the heart and soul of what made Undertale so special and converted it to a different storyline with well-crafted characters, story elements, and plot twists. this is why inverted fate is the best undertale au of all time. And the only AU I can take seriously.

I agree with you, but it mostly fans fault as they always says something like this:

Even bullying the creators, like damn if the au has a good story and good music or even just good story and good characters leave them be, it doesn't always have to be like canon one or exact copy of it, if people like the au and it isn't cringe or toxic leave them be.

inverted fate is probably one of the best undertale au's ever, change my mind



(also horrortale does focus a lot on sans but it isn't even CLOSE to the other au's you showed, same thing for glitchtale and handplates but a little less focused on sans for xtale)

Gonna tip a quick mention to TS!Underswap and Undertale Yellow too, cuz they both also have their own Original Characters and have the Undertale Charm to the as well.

I'm guessing most people who have been in the Undertale Community have seen UTY recently-ish, but TS!Underswap has a few of it's own Original Characters too! It basically does a mix of Fanon Underswap and what Inverted Fate does.

Characters keep a lot of their original traits, but take on outfits or quirks from the character they're swapped with, changing the Story along with it. Something Something Crossbones is pretty neat. The Story of Toriel and Asgore is ALMOST the Same as canon, except Toriel actually kicked Asgore out because he couldn't complete the plan he started.

It isn't complete yet, but Snowdin (aka the Starlight Isles) demo got released recently if you haven't heard!

Aftertale definitely fits with Inverted Fate too. It's pretty confusing for most Undertale fans to see what is canon and what is not when you get to read it's sequel, "Ask! Error Sans" which actually never happened in the Aftertale story. In fact, Error is an alternate Future or Timeline of the events of Aftertale, not the same Geno. Then, we take into the fact that we have Error Undyne, Blueberror which is confirmed to come from an alternate Underswap, existing AUs have alternate variations that are not just "AUs+AUs" and other Multiverse characters like Core Frisk. Then, we complicate ourselves since there's other Multiverses that exist, the creator of Core Frisk saying that no matter what, Core will be everywhere in every Alternate Multiverse, including stuff like Alphatale and Dreamswap

Inverted fate Is a gigachad au, but you shouldnt forgeg many other good AUs, TS!Underswap, Don't forger, Storyshift, Underfell and many more good AUs with good stories, and a few that have Only sans are pretty good tbh

Cause every time someone ACTUALLY works on a game for an Au like Underswap, underfell, Outertale, etc. it always gets canceled.
