How to view changes to your workflow in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to view changes to your workflow in HubSpot.

You can view workflow changes on the workflow's Changes tab, you can view a revision history of the workflow. This includes what changes were made to the workflow over time and the user who made each change.

Steps to Follow:

Step 1. To view a workflow's change history.

Step 2. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation and click Workflows.

Step 3. Click the name of a workflow you'd like to review.

Step 4. Click the Changes tab to display the workflow change history.

Step 5. By default, all changes will be listed chronologically, with the most recent change at the top.

Step 6. To filter events, in the upper left, click the dropdown menus.

Step 7. You can use the Date Range filter by the time period when the change was made.

Step 8. Event filter by the specific type of change, such as changed enrollment triggers or changed timing settings.

Step 9. User filter by the user who made the change.

Step 10. To see what the workflow looked like at a specific revision, hover over the revision, then click View revision.

Step 11. On the workflow revision screen, you can view your selected version of the workflow. Do note that the workflow cannot be edited from the workflow revision screen.

Step 12. In the Actions tab, view the workflow's enrollment conditions and actions.

Step 13. You can click the enrollment triggers and action boxes to view additional details.

Step 14. In the Settings tab, view the workflow's settings at the time of the revision.
