Minecraft, BUT it progressively DOWNGRADES

Minecraft is such a vast game now, is something like this challenge even possible? How can I possibly beat the game while my items, mechanics and world are constantly taken away from me?

In case you’re wondering why you were suffocating when you switched from 1.14 to 1.12 is basically because when you downgrade to an older version, your world generation resets and you logon in the same coordinates as where you logged off causing you to logon into a underground area filled with stone, causing suffocation.

I think technically you won! You beat the dragon, even though it was glitched and not under the best circumstances. :)

Even though there was no terrain gen change in 1.16, you spawned in an ocean in 1.15. The reason this happened was due to a glitch in Minecraft's code that makes it set the seed to 0 when downgrading a world.

I think you won! You successfully completed everything that the technology allowed you to. That’s a win in my book, even if it’s perhaps a bit unsatisfying to not get the end credits.
I have a question. What was your method for downgrading worlds? Did you simply load the world up with a different update version of the launcher, or did you do some file editing? I want to do something like this myself, ideally with the least amount of world resetting as possible, and I’m curious if u have any insight on that

You could get a portal after killing dragon, but in Minecraft versions before 1.9. If you kill dragon in 1.8-, the portal will spawn even in overworld
