Don't think I've ever commented on a tennis video before, but this is probably the simplest and best explanation on the kinetic chain. Awesome stuff. A similar video on how to have more control on different shots would also be great!

excellent, quite unlike other videos I have watched, concise and clear.

Very interesting video, I really like the exercise progression without the ball. I had never thought about a daily workout like this before. I will definitely try it for several days so that my body memorizes the movement well. I consider my forehand to be good in terms of biomechanics, aesthetics, and control, but it doesn't hurt the opponent as much as I would like. Also, the sound isn't as satisfyingly impactful as I would want.

Yes, this is helpful. It was obvious to me and a higher level player I hit with last week that more power is what I need to improve. I'm pretty consistent and have decent footwork, but his shots had me a lot more rushed than vice versa. He said I brushed up too much on the ball. Your Raducanu clip showing forward weight transfer was a good example for me to learn from. Good job of breaking these down principles down succinctly! I like your video about a super efficient, focused practice session too.

Really helpful video, as you show how the 3 ways link together, in particular showing how the legs drive the start of the kinetic chain.

Adding legs with good timing is really firing up the ball. Good timing though requires lot of court time.

4. Stay loose and don't tense up or muscle the ball.
