If you don't run a intercooler and a aftercooler you will only compound your heat losses. Air density is more important than big boost numbers, always remember more boost means more back pressure, when the exhaust backpressure exceeds the boost pressure you will have heat problems and bottom end issues. With all that extra weight on the manifold do you need to support it in any way because of corrugating? Or should it be fine?
