I improved the humidity & now my BP shed wonderfully. Thank you for making these videos. Your cadence and vocal tone is easy to listen to and learn from. I enjoy how calm your videos are and not "overly sensationalized" it fits the "energy" of ball pythons. I think I have watched almost all of them over the past week. Learning to care for my BP better. Thank you for all your help! My snake "Bubbles" would thank you too. He was named "bubbles" by our toddler as part of our PR campaign for making Ball Pythons more approachable.

I'm an avid fishkeeper, looking to get into snakes. Been watching YouTube videos for days, and just found your channel.

I just want to say that this is my favorite snake keeping channel, I don't know much about snakes yet, but I think I have seen enough fishkeepers interact with their fish to know when you have found someone that deeply cares about husbandry and knows their stuff.

Thank you! We’re a month into life with our girl Freya. She went into blue about a week after we got her. Just two days ago we found a beautiful, full and intact shed in her enclosure when we woke in the morning.

Thanks for the info! As a new snake mom I was worried when I started being able to hear my snake breath. I thought he might have a respiratory infection. I did some research and learned this is normal during shed. My snake is all wrinkly and more shy so I think he is ready to go. I'm giving him some extra humidity and I'll be sure to check that his shed is intact. I'm excited to see his fresh skin. Sounds weird but it's true ☺️

You are an amazing source of info. Been 2 decades since I had a snake and I adopted a 4ft girl who just went into blue. Thank you! Keep making videos!

Love watching your videos, I like the way you explain things. Makes it very easy for people to understand who are not snake experts. Keep doing what you do

I've been watching your videos for a while and I just want to thank you for your humble and honest approach in your videos. As a new snake lady, it's so nice to receive information without feeling like I'm being talked down to or the question I'm seeking is silly.. You answer everything! Love the videos and you have helped me so much since getting my girl almost 2 months ago.

This is my first video from you and the "It doesn't all have to be medical, we can talk about, colors, and stuff" is what sold me. Liked and Subed.

I love how Kent tried to be afraid of snakes, but slipped into the existential crisis of knowing 90% of dust is shed human skin

Those shedding shots are fantastic! So cool that you caught the moment!

The moment my snake goes into blue I ramp up the humidity and will fill a hide with moss. She will often go in there instead of her normal shed. I will also spray the enclosure every few days. When she has shed I removed the moss and lower the humidity back to normal.

Thank you for this video Bob! It helped me identify the signs in my boy from the onset, so I knew when to let him be as he works through the process.

I am learning so much from you. I don't have a snake yet because I want to learn as much as I can so I can give it the best opportunity for survival and at the same time a good and enriching life. Thank you

Another great video, full of useful facts presented with humour. We really enjoy and appreciate how you make these. Coincidentally, we were watching this as Ambassador Noodle was finishing her latest shed. We came downstairs afterwards to find a shiny new-looking snake with a neat skin sock tucked in her cave.
