A FUN Way to Drink Yuzu Tea!

An interesting way to enjoy your tea. Yuzu is especially nice to drink this time of year. Here is how to make it this yuzu tea.

First, we'll have to dry our yuzu. Slice the yuzu and remove water with a paper towel. Bake yuzu in the oven for 1 hour at 200F, then turn off the oven. Let the slices rest in the oven for another hour with the door closed.
　
To make the tea ball, warm some isomalt crystals in a pan over low heat they melt. Pour the melted isomalt into a silicone mold and allow them to harden for 2-12 hours. Melted isomalt is extremely hot so please handle with care. Once the half-spheres have hardened, remove the isomalt shell from the mold and add your preferred ingredients and a tea bag. In this case, we are adding some dried yuzu slices.

Finally, melt the edge of an empty half-sphere on a hot pan, then attach it to another shell to form a ball. Once the half-spheres adhere to each other they are ready to go.
