Outback sucks. Use to work there. At least the one I worked at treat there staff like crap. Managers yell cuss out staff on the daily. I even got shoved down in the dining room by a manager and she kept her job. All they did was send her home early. In case you're wondering, yes corporate office was fully aware of this incident and it was them that decided the appropriate response was to just sent her home. The next day I got sent home after an hour and the manager said and I quote "we all need to be sent home early sometimes". So if you dine at outback please be extra understanding with the staff. They are getting verbally and sometimes physically abused by management. So please leave them an extra high tip whenever you can.
Remember always that you are valid, valuable, unique, irreplaceable and you matter more than you know! take care 🥰
