i literally have 800 hours on siege and had the game since 2020 and lvl 250 and it randomly stops letting me play

damn i bought a big for honor package on steam a while back because it was on sale. but because i already owned the base game on the ubisoft launcher it basically locked my steam version out and i have none of the bonus content i paid for. looks like this is my last ubisoft purchase.

I bought rainbow6 from Steam, but I created the wrong Ubisoft Connect account, typed the wrong email, and actually the wrong email doesn't exist, but for some reason the Ubisoft account is still created, and yeah I can't verify the email because the email doesn't exist either, but I still can play, I have created the same email as that, created but there is no message whatsoever

I also have this problem I logged into my alt account and now I can't play with my real account and I haven't heard anything from support in over a week this is mad annoying.

wait before you take any big measures make sure you are logged into the ubisoft account you logged into when you bought r6s from steam

Man this sucks. I just bought the South Park Fractured but whole game like 3 days ago played it for like 90 mins but now it is just doing this and I cant play now. this is really annoying hope it gets fixed very soon.

My problem is my on ubi connect mobile all of my data shows. But on pc, on the same ubi connect account shows absolutely nothing.

Idk what I was on but I created my main account under an email that doesn’t exist. I don’t understand why it would let me create it under a fake account, but now whenever I go to change the email they send a code to the fake email😂. So no ranked for me and I can’t create an alt account because I receive this error. Thanks Ubisoft!

i bought Far cry 4 last month and I had the same problem. I reached out to the Ubisoft support but the service is very poor and slow. They take forever to solve to answer the questions and the issue is still not solved. Now I cannot even get a refund from steam as its more than one month now.

bro i have this problem now. someone told me i could link my account to my old xbox account that was like lvl 200 or so and so i unlinked my alt account from the game and tried linking my old account (both are mine one was a outlook email that i made for xbox and for some reason my pc made a new account using my gmail account) and when i did i got this error. funny thing is now i cant use the alt account now either so now i just cant play the game. i hate 3rd party launchers like origin and ubisoft. just let steam do its own thing it will be much better if it did.

If your guy’s issue was like mine then the game is saved to a Ubisoft account that you don’t care about and want the game on your account with all of your progression, then you are free to try support but that didn’t work for me. What I had to do is make a different steam account for rainbowsix specifically and I uninstalled the game from my main steam account and bought it on the new account. I made sure that I logged into the right account with all of the progression on the new steam account and I got all of my stuff back. If it goes wrong then steam always has the refund policy if you have less than 2 hours played and purchased less than 14 days ago. It’s not ideal but that’s how I got my stuff back.

Hello, I went to my previous ubisoft account and deleted all the steam links and everything, but my game is in that account and I have another one that is the one I used 4 years ago on Play 4 that I was able to link today with my level and my stuff... and when I start rainbow I still get the same error... how do I fix it please!
