this one worked for me, I got to properties, installed files, verify integrity of game files and it took a minute and the game opened as usual without authentication error. Thank you very much for the solution.

Thank you so much! Ubisofts support could not figure this out. I told them several times that I don't have multiple Ubisoft accounts.

Well I’m logged into my account that is linked to my Xbox I open it on steam and it says I don’t own the game even though I just got it for £18

But what if we used the same email address for both the steam account and the Ubisoft account. Cause mine still doesnt work

Apparently if you uninstall siege. Log into your old Ubisoft account from PS or Xbox or whatever then re install siege it should fix it. Currently trying it myself. It should ask for that new Ubisoft account upon startup once you re download it.

You lost me when you quickly blasted thru the part when you said "go to your Ubisoft connect account". Where the heck is that? I do not see that anywhere, and yet I know I have a Ubisoft account.
