Before we continue...👀

💰Remember, day trading is risky and most traders lose money. You should never trade with money you can’t afford to lose. Prove profitability in a simulator before trading with real money.

Interactive Brokers has branch in few countries, they dont force PDT. I use IB in Ireland. IB has two tiers for comissions. 0.0035$/share (minimum fee 0.35$ one side) or 0.0005$/share (minimum fee 1$ one side). This means that depending how many shares you usually buy/sell, you can choose which tier fits you better. There is exchange fees on other tier too and other no. So well less then 300 shares, I recommend using that 0.0035 tier. More then that, the other one is better on fees:wise.

No PDT rule on Interactive Brokers in Canada. I trade a $10K account with no issues.

Thanks for the advice, Ross! I saw an earlier video of yours where you say that you'll never use Interactive Brokers again due to the time that it takes to get orders filled. It was a 4 Year old video though. Is that still an issue in 2024?

Execution speed - IB vs CS, you touched on it, CS being a bit faster...? So I'm not just imagining IB is slow at filling orders - and bypassing stop loss orders..? I've had it happen several times and inquired to IB - with no response, but it concerns me. Thanks, and Great video

Men, you are simply and straightforwardly a good teacher and you have a lot of credibility just from your style. Your demeanor is honest. I am much older than you, but you remind me of one of my Fundamental analysis professors. Thank you, I just happened upon you a few videos ago and I have gotten wiser after each one. Again thanks!

I am currently using ibkr which doesn’t enforces the PDT rules. There is no platform fee and the commission is very low compare to the other brokers. Just one problem is that i cant see the halt level on the level 2 like other brokers 😂

Ross, I would love to know what you did after trading $TPST in the morning. Did you get back in?

IBKR does NOT require 25K to trade. I opened an account with 1K and had no problem. In Europe.

Charles Schwab not really ''international'' : almost all Europe cannot open account. Interactive Brokers really helps on that.

Interactive Brokers is not comission-free everywhere.
In the UK, for instance, FCA does not allow them to sell order flow, thus they don't offer comission-free services over here.

Hi, Ross! Thank you for the information. Are you sure about Charles Schwab? What i know is that for EU accounts they only let cash accounts to be open, you can not open a margin account.
