I left Twitter in April when the potential sale was announced. I have not regretted it.

Sending that email telling employees they will need to work 80 hours and click the link to keep their job was one of the stupidest things anyone has ever done. Musk's actions after buying Twitter will be taught in MBA classes as what NOT to do for a very long time.

Probably not, but he should have. Twitter isn't a company - it is a group of people that make Twitter possible, and they are running away from a terrible boss. Elon Musk acts as if these talented people can't find work with other companies. Nobody wants to be taken advantage of. Nobody should have to devote their entire lives for the wealth of the business owner.
People who own business, recieve loyalty from their workers, when they treat their workers with dignity and respect, and pay them enough to prevent them from seeking out better opportunities. Keeping the same people working for a company, allows for the company to grow over time. Low turnover is less time and effort for training new people, and it provides stability for the company and its customers. I am surprised that Elon Musk has become so successful, without this basic understanding of business and employee relations.
