Feeling of food stuck in chest, it can be heartburn. It can be just GERD symptoms, that is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. So what happens is the acid comes into the esophagus, irritates the esophagus and it produces acid where there is some acute pain , but you cannot compare this with heart attack. Patient will have similar kind of pain , he will have sweating of forehead, we will have dizziness, pain radiation to the jaw and the arms and these things we don’t find such symptoms.

Does this happen to anyone else too ? I just ate some nuggets and it felt like they got clogged in my chest

Sometimes it hurts so bad like a charley horse right under my sternum. Like something is cramping, squeezing and it takes several seconds maybe 30, until it unclenches. But it eases up after I manage to get through a couple bites. It's awful but it's sporatic. I don't know if it's maybe a texture thing. Seems to happen more with like meat, pork roast or like a baked chicken breast. Something not mixed into like a recipe.

My food gets stuck in my chest or just below it. Then I have to force it upwards myself. So embarrassing when in a restaurant.

This is happening to me now for quite a while! 😭 I eat and I feel like food goes straight to my chest and I have to push my self to burp and it’s giving me headache really! 😢😢😢😢 I can’t eat normal anymore only little.
