Oh wow the jerking is real in the used VW Golf SDI 06 I recently bought. Especially first and second gear, every pedal press or release is felt depending on speed. In low RPMs its smooth but anything above 2000 (which is where the power delivery actually begins for an SDI) I get massive jerks. Aside from the P2108 code I got (throttle body is clean) I think the EGR is the n.2 issue.

Been looking everywhere online to find the EGR valve on a CFJA 2.0 tdi engine, don't no where it's hidden

it's too easy to disassemble EGR with this engine: try to do it with a stellantis engine

Music is annoying as hell. As for the part you left out so much work that's involved. You just don't take the egr valve off the car it's not that easy. The egr cooler and egr and the throttle body are all three bolted as 1 unit. There's hidden bolts that you can't see unless one of these parts are removed and you can't do that unless you take all three parts out as a whole then disassemble them. You video only makes half sense.

No mention of replacing the gasket and seal with new ones. Is this deemed not necessary?
