I meeeean. It’s good for people that don’t have a appetite.

People think everyone can just shove down food constantly and come out just fine and keep up with that.

Eating high amounts of solid food makes me sicker than a dog.

But i just started on GNC mass gainer and im gonna stay on it for awhile and see if there’s any changes to my body in general. Keeping it clean isn’t doing a thing for me. Im gaining 10 pounds one week and losing it the next week because I can’t eat anymore.

Also kings, these are whole food alternatives. For people who would like some liquid calories, definitely consider mass gainer but be meticulous with the ingredient list. If you see maltodextrin as the main ingredient (and it isnt derived from whole food sources like rice bran, quinoa, oats and the like) dont buy it. Dont buy one's that also comes with 1000 calories, these are usually from junk ingredients. You only need a surplus of 400-500 on your maintenance to gain weight. Eat whole foods and supplement with a reputable mass gainer Let's get it kings!

Yeah I stopped mass gainer and just do regular whey now, mix in some peanut butter and it’s like 60-70 grams of protein in one shake. Honestly I think I’ve gotten bigger from that than the mass gainer

Mass gainers are easier for people who don’t have time to eat/suffer from IBS. Liquid calories are easy to get in more than traditional means.
