Part 9 of a drive from New York City to Los Angeles from July 8, 2023 - July 22, 2023. This part starts at a rest stop in Edwards, Colorado and ends in Moab, UT. I drive entirely through Colorado on I-70, and then switch over to Utah State Route 128 from Cisco to Moab along the Colorado River. The sights were outstanding all throughout this drive.

That last hour of the journey to Moab, with the setting sun illuminating the canyons, was one of the most beautiful and spectacular things I have seen!

Greetings from Ireland. We’ve travelled a lot of the U S and Canada by road. Scenery never ceases to amaze us. 👏👏👏

This is so relaxing and beautiful to see. Those who do not appreciate these drives don't have to watch. LOL. I have seen negative comments on these driving videos. So sad that even videos like these where there is no bias or controversy...that some have to bring negativity into something that should be positive.

39:52 Funny you should say that. That's Union Pacific Railroad trackage. Amtrak's California Zephyr trains runs on that track, too.

Google maps shows, that this route is around 4700 km. If I would leave now from here, then I would need to drive all the way into Rabat Morocco to match it ! Amazing scenery as one would expect over there ! Thank You.

if you're going to do this professionally on YT I'd recommend window tints to reduce that sun glare.

You did a very similar route as we did 2 months ago, just that we drove the other direction. The only new section for me was the I-70 from Edwards to Glenwood Springs, beautiful gorge section. We drove over Aspen and Independence Pass instead, also a very beautiful route. Thanks for the video, greetings from a road tripper from Germany!
