Driving from NYC to Los Angeles | Part 2 - Columbia County, PA to Kent, OH

Part 2 of a drive from New York City to Los Angeles from July 8, 2023 - July 22, 2023. This part starts from the Columbia County Rest Area in Pennsylvania and travels through the rest of Pennsylvania on I-80. I switch to I-76 and stay in Kent, Ohio for the night.

Driving from the East Coast to the West Coast of the United States is very very long drive but also fun seeing all the different sceneries as you pass different states.

The way you drive (and most Americans) is very different from the way we drive in the Netherlands. The left lane is considered a passing lane and not a fast lane. So, driving in the left lane without overtaking is a traffic violation that can cost you a $273 fine. Taking over on the right is another thing that can cost you a $240 fine. In my country, this could have been an expensive trip for you!

Dear Action kid I know you’re probably not gonna read this but I intend to do the same thing but except backwards I intend to leave Las Vegas to New York, but I’m gonna be making money on the way. I’ll be seeing if all the Roadie and third-party apps so I won’t be losing gas money.

Kind of wierd how 76 and 80 just switch and the toll road switches to different routes but the toll road is the same road.
