Part 7 of a drive from New York City to Los Angeles from July 8, 2023 - July 22, 2023. This part starts from a gas station in Hays, Kansas and continues along I-70 to the Denver Metro Area. I then change to I-270 and US-36 to Louisville, Colorado.

I-70 in Kansas is smooth as silk. The minute you cross Colorado, the road becomes crappier.

Driving on the Interstate most people keep their distance. Where I'm from they like to glue themselves to your bumper.

I was wondering about one thing when I watch you driving. You (and some others) drive in the left lane for long periods and people overtake on the right. In Europe that is not allowed.
What are the rules in USA?

There's no such thing as a traffic circle lol. It's actually called a roundaboust, which is ridiculous when you could just say roundabout, but it's a British thing. I guess people usually have their own words for things by what they choose to call them.
